The Birthday Trip is the debut feature film from James Robert Woods and Badlands Films. It's an unflinching satirical drama following three privileged millenial couples on a weekend trip away. One of the stars, Josephine Starte, joins me on Lunch today to talk about the film, cultural cringe and Australian cinema.

The Birthday Trip opens nationally 30th July.
