Kids Eat Free draws on murky tones, swamp-like synths and dubby downtempo to curate deep, playful rhythms on the dancefloor. Each set unfolds with a strong sense of storytelling.
Outside of her own DJ practice, Kids Eat Free co-runs Sydney-based collective Maze Manor. What began as housemates hosting chaotic house parties at the iconic Maze Manor sharehouse in Newtown (amid mould and a partially collapsed living room floor) has grown into throwing warehouse parties and beach parties across Sydney.
This weekend Maze Manor take over the vast industrial halls of White Bay Power Station for a long weekend celebration of art and sound. With DJ sets from Alias Error and Command D, plus after hours access to the 25th Biennale of Sydney art exhibition, a night of dance and discovery!
