Today I am joined in the studio by two very special guests, Benka and Carlin from Grove.
I met Ben and Carlin at one of their earlier Grove events, that started as many good collectives do by running some crazy high production house parties. Since then Grove has grown to be beloved event series in Eora and an occasional DJ project run by Benka and carlin. Originating in their backyard in Erskineville, they’ve hosted many of Eora’s upcoming talent alongside amazing food, art and music. Their last event in Sydney park was a day to night event that even managed to enter discussion from local boomers on facebook groups.
This weekend they will be hosting another really fun event featuring all local artists; Clem, Miss Behave, Mash & Symbiotica. You can expect lots of trance and tekky sounds as well as some cool lighting which I know they have been working really hard on.
