Decolonization cannot be about creating another kind of world. Decolonization is about insisting that the world that is upsetting us is not complete. Decolonization is the radical incompleteness of things, not just proliferating alternatives, which often repeats the thesis of what we're up against. Decolonization is about noticing the cracks in everything and inhabiting it with experimentation ~ Bayo Akomoalfe

What if time was mischievous? What if time swerved off its preconceived path, swirling, producing trickster bodies that the imperial tick tock cannot digest?

Rooted in histories of Yoruba knowledge and Black diasporic thought, in his talk for Long Now Foundation on The Untimely or Autistic Time, Bayo reorients us towards evading colonial time and find instead, sanctuary in the cracks of a decaying modernity.

What if instead of asking for something else, we look at the excess of what this modern world has created, and ask instead, for more?
