Born in Baghdad, Faid lives and works on the lands of the Gadi & Wann Peoples. As a researcher, designer and teacher they draw relations between personal and shared struggles of identity and climate justice.

Through collaborative work, they practice experimental types of hosting to create support networks and familiar spaces for SWANA diasporic communities.
