MSG4000: DJ Khrome

From Bankstown to Redfern ~ the Western Sydney-to-Fbi Radio pipeline continues. Please welcome our area brother, KHROME.

Emerging from Western Sydney, KHROME is a Vietnamese, Gadigal-based DJ known for his alchemy of underground sounds, experimental electronics and high-energy euphoria.

His sets move somewhere between bass-driven chaos and transcendent melody, digging into the stranger, heavier and more euphoric corners of the underground to find that sweet spot where the dancefloor gets a little feral, a little emotional and, hopefully, briefly leaves the physical realm.

Tonight we’re digging into the KHROME lore.. Western Sydney, the journey behind the decks, the sounds that raised him, what he’s had to unlearn along the way, and where this whole thing is taking him next.
