From launching Munchies, a bold Brazilian sushi concept, to leading the kitchen as Head Chef at the Wine Library, and now running his own ventures, Marmitas and Bun Lab — Matheus is carving out an inspiring path in the culinary world with his Brazilian identity at the forefront.
