Album Focus - Tilt - Wasm
The group featuring Samah Boulmona (Arabic accordion, Vocals), Farah Kaddour (Buzuq, Vocals), and Ali Hout (Percussions, Vocals) introduces a bold new sound rooted in Levantine folk traditions while embracing a modern musical spirit. Across eight original compositions, entirely written, arranged, and performed by the trio, "Wasm" captures the meeting point of heritage and innovation. Each track unfolds as part of a sonic journey that celebrates the past while imagining the future of contemporary Arabic music.

PRAED Orchestra - The Dictionary of Lost Meanings - Known for their signature blend of Egyptian Shaabi, free jazz and improvisation, the Lebanese duo behind PRAED - Raed Yassin and Paed Conca - now assemble a full orchestra for the second time taking the music to a deeper, rooted level. The Dictionary of Lost Meanings is just that, seven fully composed pieces and large-scale improvisations, performed by an expanded ensemble of musicians from across the globe. The result is dense and playful, unpredictable but familiar, a record where Arabic rhythms and microtonal melodies collide playfully against electronics, warped vocals and orchestral textures.

The Dwarfs of East Agouza - Sasquatch Landslide - A psychedelic encounter is a brush with the marvel of otherness. The point from which we speak of other, becomes other itself, in an ever-storm of other-production that shreds ideas of knowing and understanding what we think is going on. Time unhinged from the clock. Space unhinged from the frame. An unpinpointing hallucination, a hot get-down, an untethered throw-down of oscillations, fiercely, joyously, exuberantly incomprehensible. Listening to Sasquatch Landslide, a wildly unhinged reverie.
