You're stressed, frazzled and becoming unkept. Life's many demands have formed an insurmountable load. It feels like even one more feather on top of the pile will break your back. Mental sirens blazing, high cortisol, low brain function. It's a stress crisis. You know you need to regulate. You need to hear a song that feels like taking a deep breath. A song that reminds you these are just stresses but life is good. Must be from the 1990s or 2000s.
