Featuring a live interview with Lindsey Vassallo discussing her midwest emo rarities mixtape 'Outer Prefix V'.
Lindsey is a media archivist, audio maker, and designer who has compiled a series of genre-based rare/lost media mixtapes over the last few years.
We loaded up the CDJs and played a handful of tracks including an unexpected cover, an obscure Rivers Cuomo single, and more. We also had a great chat to Lindsey about her researching and archive practice, and heard about the travails of extracting music from pre-2015 Myspace.
