Gadigal-based Kalix is a peruser of many things, with particular inclinations towards the weird and fast, the palatial and steely, the plucky and stony, and the dark and rhythmic. With a desire to move and share, Kalix’s sound is guided by the image of a horse galloping through a field.

westRyd3r, is a producer and DJ based on Wallumattagal land in Eora/Sydney. Her sets feel like fragmented memories stitched together in real time, drifting between rhythm, haze, and groove. Rooted in idm, trip-hop, synth, bass and disco, she creates dreamy, off-kilter journeys made for both dancing and disappearing.

influenced by the sounds between seoul and sydney, seohbin plays through the funk of ghetto tech and house all the way to the overstimulation of heavy techno, creating blends that you can swing your hips to. Drawing on influences like Dongurizu, FKA twigs and Nooriyah, her sets are designed to leave behind sexy, surreal memories on the dance floor.

3ARSA is a lover of the loud and colourful sounds that spring from Syria, especially dabke and wedding music. They move between punchy, percussive drum loops and hard, heavy techno, drawn to moments of sensory clash between the natural and the rigid. Versatile and fluid, 3ARSA resists binaries and borders, mixing intuitively and beyond boundaries through experimental and deconstructed club sounds. Deeply inspired by friends, community radio, and Eora’s local DIY scene, their sound also pulls from Arabic indie-pop, trip-hop, ambient, punk, hardcore, rap and hip hop.
